Privacy policy

Last updated: 2026-10-23. Operator: Amuze LLC, a US limited liability company, 1517 North Point Street #449, San Francisco, CA 94123, USA ("Everyspot", "we", "us"). General contact: hello@everyspot.media. Privacy and deletion requests: peter@amuze.it.

What we collect

We don't use advertising cookies or trackers. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless, to count page views. The chat keeps your current conversation in your browser's session storage, which clears when you close the tab. Our site does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals because we do not track you across other sites.

Why we collect it

We use it to answer your questions, match you with ad spots or advertisers, follow up on a request you confirmed, review and show listings, arrange and bill confirmed bookings, meet legal obligations, and protect the service from abuse. We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We don't send marketing email unless you have opted in or the law otherwise allows it, and every marketing email says who it is from, includes our postal address and has a working unsubscribe.

If you list ad space

We keep your name, email and business privately and use them to review the listing and contact you about it. Only the listing details are shown publicly, after a person on our team approves them. Audience or traffic figures you give us are shown as owner-stated. You can ask us to withdraw a listing at any time.

If you book

Online booking is not live yet and we take no payments today. When it is, our billing provider Maxio (United States) will create a billing account for you and process payments for confirmed placements. Card details will be entered with Maxio or its payment gateway, not stored by us. We will name the payment gateway here before we take any payment.

Who processes it (including overseas)

We are based in the United States, and these providers store or process data outside Australia, the UK and the EU, mainly in the United States. We use them under their terms of service and data processing terms, share only what each needs, and do not allow them to sell your information. We also share details between an advertiser and a media owner only as needed to arrange a booking you asked for, and we may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it or delete it, and you can opt out of marketing at any time. Email peter@amuze.it. We'll respond within 30 days, and we may need to confirm it is you first. We won't treat you differently for using these rights. We may keep information we must keep by law (for example booking records).

California residents. In the last 12 months we collected the categories listed above (identifiers such as name and email, commercial information about requests and bookings, and internet activity limited to chat messages and the hashed IP), from you directly, for the purposes above. We have not sold or shared personal information as those terms are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act. You may ask us what we disclosed to third parties for their own direct marketing (California Civil Code §1798.83): we don't make such disclosures. You can use an authorised agent to make a request.

Australia, UK and EU. If you are in Australia, you can complain to us first and, if you are not satisfied, to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au). If you are in the UK or EU, we rely on your consent (chat), on taking steps you asked for before a contract (requests and bookings) and on our legitimate interest in running and protecting the service; you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Everyspot is a business service and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access, but no system is perfectly secure. Please don't put sensitive information (health, financial account or identity numbers) in the chat.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the update here with a new date. If a change is significant, we'll also tell people whose contact details we hold.
